I take AI and apply it where no one else dares.
Not a deck. Not a demo. Production.
Every day I make sure that companies around me grow. I help businesses adopt AI in practical ways, from the first workshop to production.
Outside consulting, I'm building Potom.sk, a platform for the funeral industry. Two very different worlds, same question: where has technology not yet arrived, and who would actually benefit from it?
I'm a blend of tech and business. Nowadays you don't need a whole IT company to build your solution. Sometimes you just need someone native in tech, business, and AI to tell you what to focus on.
Can't build it myself? I have devs on hand for the more complex projects.
Project too massive? I'm your product guy. I understand what you need, and I make sure some IT fellows don't charge you too much for something that isn't actually that expensive.
I am who your CTO would be if they understood business priorities.
Doing well, but sees a shift in their industry caused by tech disruption.
Analyze the business, talk to departments, get a complete overview of the current state.
I propose massive opportunities and threats with how to react. Usually a different business approach or a tech solution.
Client on board? Great. I manage internal and external resources to make it happen.
At the end of the cycle one of two things usually happens. Productivity with the same number of employees multiplies. Or there is no need for that many employees anymore.
"They quoted me a solution for €80,000. You shipped it in 5 weeks for 20k."
